dc.description.abstract This study aimed to Construct a Nutritional Educational Standard for the ninth basic grade Students. The study was conducted on (120) male and female students selected intentionally who were from the al-karameh Secondary school for girls, and al-karameh shohada school Secondary for boys. Students were randomly distributed into (4) groups: two experimental groups and two control group. To achieve the study objectives a list of nutritional educational standards was developed a scale for the nutritional awareness, a test for nutritional skills. Validity and reliability of these scales were insured. and Developed unit more over these was statically significant in the students and nutritional skills due to the interaction between the unit and gender of students, the performance of female students was better than male students in the experimental group. However, there was no statically significant differences in the students nutritional awareness and (habits and values) due to the interaction between the unit and gender of students. en_US
