dc.description.abstract The study aimed at investigating the effect of faculty members in applying knowledge management processes at the colleges of physical education in Jordanian. The study sample involved (51) faculty members from University of Jordan and the Hashemite University. To collect the data for the current study, the knowledge management scale was used. The results showed that the level of effectiveness among faculty members in applying knowledge management processes was on the average. Also results showed no significant differences in knowledge management effectiveness due to gender, academic rank and experiences level. The study recommended that it is necessary to introduce the concept of knowledge management processes to faculty members and students theoretically and practically. en_US
