Professional Enrichment of the Tasks of the Administrative Staff in the Departments of Girls Colleges for Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to study the enrichment of the tasks of the head of the department, the deputy head of department and the secretary in the Girls College for education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study posed the following questions: How can we enrich the tasks of the administrative staff, which include the head of the department, the deputy of the department, and the secretary working with them, in the departments of the Girls Colleges for Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? What is the nature of the tasks of the head of the department, the deputy head of the department and the secretary? What are the problems created by the lack of clear job description to the tasks and the duties of the head of the department, the deputy head of the department and the secretary in the Girls Colleges for Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? What are the recommendations for facing the problems created by the lack of careful description of the tasks in the Educational Girls Colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? How can we realize the professional enrichment of the tasks and duties of the head of the department, the deputy head of the department and the secretary? The descriptive analytical approach was implemented. A questionnaire was constructed and administered to the samples of the study. The study samples included 73 heads of departments, 74 deputy heads of departments, and 44 secretaries working in 52 colleges of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Some interviews were conducted with some subjects. The study has identified the reality of the tasks of head of the department, the deputy head of the department and the secretary in the Educational Girls Colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the results of the three questionnaires and the personal interviews, we have designed a proposed structure that enriches the tasks of the administrative staff in the light of the modern administrative methods. The study has come to a group of recommendations derived from its results. en_US
