dc.description.abstract |
This study aimed at investigating the commitment degree of educational ethics of Physical Education teacher in Irbid, and whether it would differ according to the variables of gender, qualifications, length of experience and monthly salary. To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers utilized the educational ethics scale consisting of (30) items distributed on five domains: educational, students, teachers, sports activities and community. The sample of the study consisted of (90) male and female teachers selected from the schools of the Directorate of Education of Irbid Governorate. The results of the study revealed that the commitment degree of educational ethics of Physical Education teachers was moderate. The results also revealed that there were statistical significant differences in the degree of educational ethics due to qualifications in the bachelor degree, and to length of experience in favor of (less than5 years), and to the gender, and there were no statistical significant differences in their degrees due to the variable of monthly salary. |
