dc.description.abstract This study aimed at determining the effectiveness of Frères Schools in Palestine and Jordan from the viewpoint of teachers and administrative staff. The population of the study consisted of all population (300 teachers and all 32 administrator staff) in the academic year of (2011-2012) in the five schools of Frères in Palestine and Jordan. The researchers developed a questionnaire that consisted of (55) items and divided into (6) domains. The results of the study revealed that the degree of the estimation of teachers and administrative staff of the effectiveness of their schools was high, with an average of (3.69). Also, the results indicated that there were differences in the estimations of teachers and administrative staff concerning the determination of the effectiveness in regards to variables: location of the school, sex, educational stage and job description. en_US
