Abstract:
The present study aimed to identify the relationship between self-management, & social intelligence in light of the representative system, and some variables for a sample of best female students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. The study sample consisted of (160) of the best female students. To achieve this, the researcher used three tools: Representative System Test, Self-Management Skills Scale, and Social Intelligence Scale. The results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant relationship between self-management skills and social intelligence, the results also showed that the Kinesthetic representative system was the most common systems among best female students. In addition, there was statistically significant differences in the level of self- management skills between best female students in scientific & literary colleges in favour of the last one. It also found differences in Time Management domain in favour of the female best students with Kinesthetic representative system. The results also showed that there was no significant differences in social intelligence level attributed to the type of study, while there was significant differences in the domains of acting in social situations, and identifying the psychological case of others regarding the academic level and the representative system.
