Abstract:
This study aims at knowing: (1) the extent of success of the role of Electronic Management for the off-Campus Parallel Study Program for Girl Students at Taibah University, regarding its contribution to both administrative tasks and teaching activities. (2) The degree of differences between students' opinions and those of the administrators regarding the effectiveness of Electronic Management for Administrative Tasks and Teaching Activities. (3) The degree of administrative constraints faced by students, as seen by themselves, and by the administrators. (4) The suggestions that can improve the role of Electronic Management for the off-Campus Parallel Study Program. The study specimen is composed of (282) students who are registered in the study program and using an electronic site for teaching, namely "Jusur"; and (14) administrators who are in charge of implementing the Program. The research used the descriptive/ analytical method and reached a number of results, most importantly are: that Electronic Management contributes to the development of both administrative tasks and teaching activities to a considerable extent; and the presence of constraints facing the Program. The study also came up with a number of suggestions.
