dc.description.abstract |
The study aimed at recognizing the factual status of training programs provided by the Training Unit in the College of Education, Literary Departments, King Abdul Aziz University, during the second semester of academic year 1426-1430 H (2005-2009). The researcher has employed the descriptive approach. Further, two survey application forms of training programs evaluation have been analyzed. The study came up with: (1) Except for the category involving the administrative executive officers, all target categories have been surveyed and trained. (2) There is a meager number of technical training programs. (3) The beneficiaries have been satisfied with the level of training programs, training performance, and environment of the unit. The study recommends. The Training Unit should be supported with financial, operational human resources and training requirements, participation with authorities experienced in the training and development fields. |
