dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate how the asic school principals in Irbid governorate manage their time and experience of time management on formal work. The study aimed to answer the following questions: - What is the time spent by school principals to achieve the different tasks and duties assigned to them. - Does time management differ according to sex, scientific degree, and experience to achieve tasks and duties assigned to the principals. The samples of the study consisted of 200 school principals in Irbid governorate. The results of the study indicated that there is a great concern among school principals in Irbid governor are toward time management, but there is no clear philosophy or giude lines identifying ways and standards to measure time management. The study also, showed there is no statistical significance difference of time management found in regard to sex, scientific degree, and experience of school principals. |
