Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to assess the the impact of family driving license training on reducing future anxiety and improving self efficiency among getting marrid subjects in Riyadh. The sample of the study consisted of 314 young subjects who were getting marrid. 173 subjects, randomly selected, attended the training program on family driving license in the Ibn Baz charity in Riyadh, while 141 were eighth-level students at the College of Social Sciences at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University during the second semester of 2014/2015. The study sample responded to Future Anxiety scale develped by Shuqayr (2005) and the Self-Efficacy scale developed by Alsaqer )2005(. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the training on family driving license in reducing future anxiety and improving self-efficiency among the study sample. Statistical differences were found between the mean differences of the getting marrid Parrticipantis performance on Future Anxiety scale, and the self-efficacy scale attributed to training on family driving license )oe= 0.05(, in favour of the experimental group. The results also showed no statistically significant differences on the Future Anxiety scale and the selfefficacy scale attributable to age. Satistically significant differences were found in the Future Anxiety scale accordinf to the economic level, in favor of the low economic level. Finally, the results revealed no statistically significant differences on self-efficacy scale according to to the economic level.
