dc.description.abstract	The present study focuses on the illegal way the raped woman, being raped by a man, follows in getting rid of embryo, this is represented by abortion. Following this, there are two types of crimes that come to stage: the first one is the crime of rape and the second one is the crime of abortion. The researcher attempts here to shed light on Islamic law and the positive criminal laws as far as the second crime is concerned. In addition the researcher aims to give the right to such victimized women, i.e. the raped women to miscarry.	en_US
