dc.description.abstract	As Apart of the criminal justice system, conditional release plays a major role in enhancing the public safety and the management of the sentence by imposing several obligations and conditions on those who are subject to such release. Therefore, this study aims to explore the different aspects of this system in order to clarify what is the conditional release, and how it is regulated.
