dc.description.abstract | This research deals with infringement crimes against the right of private life, recently Jordanian legislator was eager to incriminate the infringement against private life through the amendment of penal Repeated 2010/law in virtue of the temporary amended law No. 12 article 348 added another crime represented by eavesdropping or recording talks or picking up pictures. The researcher, mainly dealt with the regulation decided by the legislator concerning this kind of crimes, but due to the diversity between the two crimes, the researcher preferred to deal with each crime separately. The researcher finalize this study by a conclusion and recommendations. | en_US |
