dc.description.abstract | The study aimed at investigating the impact of king Abdullah II Fund programs for Development in improving leadership skills amongst students of Amman Ahliyyah University )AAU henceforth( in Jordan for the academic year 2016-2017. The sample of study covered )72( male and female students. 37 of the students attributed to the programs and another 35 students joined the regular program. To achieve the objectives of study, the programs of King Abdullah II Fund for development test of leadership skills had been developed, and the validity and reliability were checked. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences at the level )α≤0.05) in the students’ grades (who were in the second, third and fourth year( on the test of Leadership Skills for those who joined King Abdulla II fund, compared with students who did not. The study also showed no statistically significant differences in students’ grades related to gender. | en_US |
