dc.description.abstract The study aimed at identifying the impact of a suggested program in kinetic education on the perceptual-motor competence among the deaf students of the basic third grade. The study sample consisted of )14( male and female students who were chosen following the purposive method from the Holy Land Institute for the Deaf in Balqa governorate in Jordan. The sample was divided into two groups; EXPERIMENTAL AND CONTROL. The study used PERCEPTUAL-MOTOR OBSTACLES CROSS TEST )Nelson, 1972( which was developed by Farah )1983( for the Arabic environment. The results revealed statistically significant differences in the perceptual-motor competence between the pre and post tests for each of the males, females and the sample as a whole. The differences were in favor of the EXPERIMENTAL GROUP in the post-test. The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences pursuant to the group variable in improving the level of the perceptual-motor competence among males and females and the whole sample where the differences came in favor of the EXPERIMENTAL GROUP. The results also showed statistically significant differences due to the effect of the program in the post-test where the differences came in favor of the EXPERIMENTAL GROUP. The study recommended including kinetic games activities in the training curriculum of the deaf students. en_US
