dc.description.abstract The study aimed at self-evaluation of the teachers of physical education in the educational stages of the schools of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The descriptive descriptive method was used and included the society and sample of the study of 150 teachers of physical education. The questionnaire was used as a main performance for data collection. The objectives of the self-assessment and the procedures of the evaluation file The study recommended the importance of implementing the self-evaluation of teachers to identify the strengths and weaknesses and selfreview and to consider it as a tool for evaluation based on the Performance. en_US
