dc.description.abstract | The study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training program in developing positive parenting practices and to improve positive thinking of their children. A sample of parents consisted of 24 participants )19 mothers, 5 fathers, were selected and divided into: experimental and control groups. As well, the participants of children consisted of 24 pupils )14 boys, 10 girls( from primary schools and were divided into: experimental and control group. The researcher prepared and used Positive Parenting Practices scale and Positive Thinking scale and the training program. The results indicated that the training program improved the Positive Parenting Practices and Positive Thinking of their children among the experimental group. | en_US |
