dc.description.abstract This study aimed primarily to identify the degree of effectiveness of the supervisory relationship from the perspective of supervised counselor trainees at Yarmouk University. Concisely, the main goal was to reveal the degree of effectiveness due to two variables: sex and academic achievement. The sample of the study consisted of 122 students enrolled at the university. In order to do just this, Palomo, Beinart, & Cooper’s )2010( Scale were used after properly verifying its psychometric properties. The results of the study showed two main fndings. First, the degree of effectiveness of the supervisory relationship as perceived by the counselor trainees turned to be high; second, there were no statistically signifcant differences that could be credited to the variables of the study. en_US
