dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to determine the level of some psychological traits )anxiety, depression, hypochondriasis(, differences between them as well as the level of social responsibility of mothers with disabilities and their relationship to the psychological traits under study. A sample of )61( mothers with disabilities are: chronic health, disability, hearing impairment, visual impairment, physical impairment, Communication Disorders. The results indicated that the hypochondriasis was in the middle term, while the level of depression and anxiety level was high among the study sample of mothers with different disabilities. The results of the study also indicated signifcant differences in the level of anxiety among mothers with visual and hearing disabilities in favor of mothers with visual impairment, and between mothers with visual impairment and health disability in favor of mothers with visual impairment. The results of the present study also indicated signifcant differences in the level of anxiety in mothers with motor disabilities and health disability in favor of mothers with motor disabilities. The results of the present study also showed that there are no statistically signifcant differences in social responsibility among mothers with disabilities according to the type of disability and age, the presence of genetic background and the presence of a child with a disability. As well as the absence of a signifcant correlation between the mean scores of the dimensions of social responsibility and psychological features (anxiety - depression - hypochondriasis) in mothers with disabilities. | en_US |
