dc.description.abstract |
The research aimed at building a battery of tests for physical variables
to accept female students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at
Al-Aqsa University, Palestine. The researchers used the descriptive survey
method for suitability to the research nature. The main research sample
was chosen purposively among female students of the College of Physical
Education and Sports, Al-Aqsa University in the State of Palestine. The study
sample consisted of (105) female students and physical ftness tests were
conducted during the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021. After
the statistical analysis, the exploratory factor analysis showed the use of four
factors. The frst factor included (5) tests, which were 30-Meter Dash Test
sprint, 20-Meter Dash Test Sprint, Standing Vertical Jump Test, Standing
Broad Jump Test and Weighted-2 Pound Throw Test. The second factor
included (5) tests which were Pull-ups Or Chin-Ups Test female modifed,
Push-ups test female modifed, Burpee (Squat Thrust), Sit–up–Legs Straight
20 number second and Zig-Zag – Run by Power method. The third factor
includesd (3( tests: Numbering Circles, bending the back from standing and
bending the back from sitting. The fourth factor included (2( tests: running
5 * 55- Meter-Shuttle Run Test and running 800- Meter-Shuttle Run Test.
The researchers concluded by building a battery of physical tests for female
students joining the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports at Al-Aqsa
University in Palestine. |
