dc.description.abstract This study aimed to reveal the reality of the bullying phenomenon, its forms, patterns, and methods of confrontation among middle school students in Najran. A descriptive- analytical method was used for a sample of )244( male and female students, and a scale consisting of questions about respondents' gender, bullying experiences )yes/no(, bullying pattern )traditional/electronic( and bullying form )verbal/physical(, bullying confrontation methods, was prepared. Results revealed high rates of exposure to bullying among respondents, male or female, and that middle school male and female students suffer from the traditional pattern of bullying more than the electronic one. Additionally, the percentages of verbal and physical bullying that student's face are approximately the same. A small number of students use the methods of confronting bullying with statistically significant differences between them. The study recommended searching for preventive and remedial strategies to reduce the rate of bullying among students by intensifying efforts to provide support to workers in the field of education to confront school bullying, and training mentors to develop methods of confronting bullying among students en_US
