The Document of Education Policy in Kingdom of Saudia Arabia from the Educational Supervisors’ Point of View

dc.description.abstract This committee has made the headlines for the process of education in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This should lead the individual to know his creator and his religion. Also, he should act according to Allah’s law, fulfill the needs of society and achieve the aims of the nation. The high committee made the headlines of the policy of education but not the details to achieve flexibly. The research gains its importance from the importance of education document in drawing the policy of education in the Kingdom. The main aim of this research was to know the opinions of education supervisors about the items of education document. In addition to knowing how their points of view are different in response to the sections of the research. The problem of the research was the following questions: What are the educational supervisors point of view in the education document in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia? The descriptive method was used. A questionnaire of (34) questions was designed to collect information for the research. The questions were divided into (7) sections. The veracity of the questioner was proved its external veracity. And the correlation coefficient proved the internal veracity. The sections of the questioner had accepted reliability coefficient. The questionnaire was applied to all the trainees from the educational supervisors who attend the training course in the year (1425/1426H). and (1426/1427H). They were 85 trainees. The most important results were : The average of the response to the questioner was about (3.51). This show that the impression of the sample of educational supervisors towards educational document in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was strong. And there are essential differences with statistic significance between the group of the educational supervisors according to the type of qualifications, age, and years of experience in the education work. The most important recommendations are: Looking after the doctrine in the educational document. It must be focused in all educational policies, Accepting participation from all the society organizations in building the education policy of the country, Focusing on the quality in the educational outputs and putting standards to evaluate these goals. And Adopting the continuous analyzing for education policy and making goals in the light of the natural and international changes. en_US
