Availability of performance indicators for the standard of quality library and information sources in the library of Al-Hussein Bin Talal from the perspective of students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies at the Yarmouk University

dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of performance indicators for standards of quality library and information sources, and explain the responses of the sample on the degree of availability of indicators in the library of Al-Hussein Bin Talal at Yarmouk University, To achieve of the objective of the study , the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The information was gathered through a questionnaire that consisted of forty items divided to five areas, and distributed to a stratified random sample of )210( students who use the library. The results showed that the degree of availability of performance indicators for quality standard of quality library and information sources was “medium” with a mean of (3.568). And there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 =α( the degree of availability due to: “The program, Specialization, and Achievement, and the School year” ,while there is a significant difference at the level of (0.05 =α( in library services attributed to the year variable. en_US
