According to education expenditure %GDP ratio, one hundred forty two countries were grouped into four levels, in addition to Arab countries and World. One Way ANOVA analysis was carried out to compare these groups on each dependent variable. All (F) values were statistically significant in favor of high education expenditure %GDP ratios. Final conclusion, states that the lowest levels of sustainable development in the Arab countries due to lowest Education Expenditure %GDP. en_US
