The Attack on Prophet Muhammad, "peace be upon him" and the Need for International Legislation a Criminal that Considers abuse to the Apostles

Abstract

This research shed light on the repeated abuse from the west to the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. These abuses led to the attack on the French satirical magazine "Charlie Hebdo" which re- published these abuses. These attacks resulted in 12 fatalities, most of whom are editors of this magazine. However, the magazine has published this abuse under the umbrella of freedom of speech. Therefore, an international law is required to define the area of freedom of expression and criminalize offending the apostles, This Act shall be issued in accordance with the Statute of the International Criminal Court, and mindful that the Western countries supported the magazine in its quest, and did not deplor the magazine's work against the apostles.
