dc.description.abstract This research addresses the creation and management of social networks, such as WhatsApp, which had not existed prior to the age of information .The research analyses the legal responsibility of the social networks group administrator, and it aims at identifying the illegal and liable charges against the administrators (admins) of social media groups. Also, the research deals with the crimes according to the UAE Information Technology Law and addresses the civil responsibility of social networks administrators As social networks facilitate communication between people who may not be living in a single country, social media responsibility can be coordinated in different countries. For example, the administration of one or more social networks can be in a country and the consequence of the criminal act could happen in another country. The research also suggests the competent court procedures and applicable laws to charge the demonstrators of virtual social networks. en_US
