The legal system of the electronic public deal in the Algerian legislation (Comparative Study)

Abstract

Algeria is considered one of the Arab world countries that actualized electronic contract in the field of public command, this contract type appears briefly for the first time in 2010 in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 10/236 containing the regulation of public deals, but the contract realization still unapplied till now, except the Electronic advertising ; for a main reason: the lack of technical guarantees, whereas the other legislations (Tunisian, Bahraini and Moroccan laws) and the French law previously advanced in this sector , so how contract works in public deals? And what are the guarantees to preserve it? All of these points will be discussed in this scientific paper.
