dc.description.abstract The main goal of this research is to design and implement a secure mechanism to access a cloud service system by using authentication service, virtual private network, and short message service to achieve security. The authentication mechanism would reject unauthorized access attempts by unauthorized users, while the authorized users will be allowed to access the services by receiving an SMS code on his/her mobile that can be used to log on the service. The system was designed, implemented, and tested successfully. en_US
