Abstract:
The Present study aims at discovering the equal opportunities of higher education as viewed by male and female supervisors in youth centers in Jordan. The sample of the study consists of (49) (male and female) of (193) supervisors chosen through using the simple random sample. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the data after established its validity and reliability. The results of the study showed that there were no statistical significant differences in equal opportunities of higher education concerning sex and monthly income. Also results revealed that there were statistical significant differences in equal opportunity of higher education concern qualification favoring those less than Bachelor’s Degree.
