This Study aimed at recognizing the level of administrative creativity and the effect of some independent variables (experience, qualifications and region). The results showed that there are significant differences in the field of problem solving, communication and encouraging creativity that are attributed to the scientific qualifications in favor of PhD holders. The results also revealed that there are differences in the field of risk taking attributed to the region variable in favor of the Middle and in communication to the side of the North. According to the results of the study recommendations and discussions were made, and the most important one is to rethink again in how to choose principals taking into consideration that the person who will be chosen a principal should have creative traits. |
