Abstract:
The order to enforce arbitral award has become the judicial oversight tool imposed by
the national legislator on the will of the parties, as it is subsequent control over the issuance
of the arbitration award - national, international or foreign - when it is to be enforced. The
problem of studying is to know what is meant by the enforcement of the foreign arbitration
award and its international and national sources (whether it refers to both international
conventions and national legislation or its availability in the international convention in
which the UAE is a party to its national legislation, or should the latter be considered in the
absence of a convention or text in which it addresses a hypothesis that is resolved in national
legislation) and determine its scope, determinations and situations, all by following an
analytical approach and a plan based on two considerations: What is the foreign arbitration
award and the order to enforce it?
