dc.description.abstract Studying Arabic fiction by Arab Jewish writers is not taken into account by contemporary Arab critics; thus, this article aims to provide a better understanding of the features of this kind of fiction written by those writers as a part of our literature represented by Samir Naqqash. The article examines two novels written by the writer in comparison with other works by the same novelist. The research consists of four sections. Section gives a brief account of the contribution of Arab Jewish in classical Arabic literature in different genres. Section sheds light on memory and narrative information, and examines the techniques in structure in relation to the use of narrator who appears differently. Section examines the concepts of association between identity and novel’s locale with the writer as an Arab and Jew at the same time, also the effect of these dualities is examined technically in term of both ideology and discourse. Section examines style’s technique and the use of discourse in relation to the show of experimental style, its relation to the writer and style. Examples are given whenever needed in all sections. Finally, article concludes with some recommendations. en_US
