The Development of Holding the Securities Account System

Abstract

Currently, the expansion in the securities usage is accompanied by the technological development which became, by the Law ,the method to organize this usage in the stock market by law. The central registration system for the securities has emerged and the electronic registrations were used instead of the papers usages for the bonds and stocks in the transaction that resulted in the elimination of the security material presence. So, the security concepts have developed regarding the form (the accounting registers replaced the security) and regarding the legal nature (the change of the securities from specific funds to similar funds ).Also the concept of the agreement keeping account the securities developed regarding the nature (the idea the deposit contract is abandoned, and replaced by the idea contractual, attorney, and management…) and concerning the impacts (registration in the account became the exclusive means for dealing with the securities, also the accounting registration became the object of the right for the security owner). All these developments will be explained by this research in two chapters. The first chapter illustrates the development of the keeping account securities and the second chapter illustrates the legal importance of the above mentioned development.
