dc.description.abstract although long total that the accused is innocent until proven guilty, but he is still treated in many Arab countries and in the laws position as a criminal was sentenced, once the arrest of the accused and committed to prison begins treated just like any other convicted criminals. Based on the above affected the emphasis in this study on the safeguards guaranteed by Sharia glue to the accused innocent and treated as a human being attributed to him the charge could prove was denied after investigation. The provisions of the Islamic Sharia complete and comprehensive of all aspects that will bring justice, who aspires to achieve all legislation and divine laws.
