Abstract:
L›étude a porté sur l›analyse comparative de l›importance du droit de l›individu à recourir à la justice internationale pour les droits de l›homme, et a ensuite souligné la nécessité d›activer au moins devant la justice internationale régionale. Il est l›activation qui est souvent incompatible avec le principe de la souveraineté nationale; mais il est devenu en ligne avec l›évolution du statut juridique de l›individu dans le droit international, et qui a pris fin avec la reconnaissance de son admissibilité internationale de litige devant la justice internationale.»- par toute personne physique, toute organisation non gouvernementale ou tout groupe de particuliers qui s’estime victime d’une violation » L›étude a conclu que l›autonomisation juridique de ce droit dans les conventions internationales, est une garantie internationale efficace la protection des droits de l›homme, en particulier avec certaines des violations graves des droits de l›homme échappent au contrôle du système judiciaire national, et le manque de respect parfois les règles d›un procès équitable conformément aux normes internationales.
