dc.description.abstract Journalists working in areas of armed conflict are the most targeted for doing their profession, and to the importance of the role played by journalists. This study aims to spot light on the efforts of the United Nations to protect journalists working in areas of armed conflict. This study has been divided into two chapters: The first is entitled: Efforts by the General Assembly of the United Nations to protect journalists working in areas of armed conflict, and the second is entitled: The role of the Security Council’s to protect journalists working in areas of armed conflict. en_US
