Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the impact of teaching Islamic education according to conception thinking index on acquisition jurisprudence concepts of 9th grade students. The study focuses on building jurisprudence concepts exam, then assured from validity and reliability of that test. The sample of the study is a group of Al-Shonah New Basic School for boys, the sample consists of 58- students, which divided into two groups. One group of 28- students, and a control group consists of 30- students. The experimental group studied the fifth unit آ«Islamic Jurisprudenceآ» using the conception thinking index while the control group studied the same unit using the conventional way. The achieved result: There are a significant statistical effect on changing jurisprudence concepts between experimental group and control group in favor of experimental group who studied through the conception thinking index.
