Abstract:
This research is focused on studying the employees’ behaviour in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the causes of this behaviour at the workplace. The survey questionnaire has conducted to collect information on the use of management tools and their impact on the employee behaviours. The results of the study show that a number of significant relationships are supported by statistical analysis such as the relationship between enveronmental factors; public insight; encouragement opportunity; organization rule and strategy from side and human resource management (HRM) from another side.
