Abstract:
The aim of the study is to measure the quality of student services at Irbid national university as seen by the students. The study design questionnaire was designed by the author consisting of one field, containing items considered to be relevant to measure the quality of student services at Irbid National University. This questionnaire was distributed to 276 students registered for the summer course at the university for the academic year 2013/2014. Results showed that degree of achievement of the quality of student services at Irbid National University is average in degree. In view of these results, recommendations were offered by the author to improve the quality of student services at Irbid National University.
