dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to identify the effect of the training courses for employees’ performance in the Higher Council For Youth from their opinion. So the Researcher put three questions to identify the effect of training courses. the researcher use the descriptive method by scanning technique; the researcher choose this sample from the total numbers of the employees in the Higher Council For Youth )774( employers in the whole kingdom Governorates .The researcher used statistical program packages for the social studies )SPSS( to analysis the data that was collected. Independent example )t-test( and One Way ANOVA descriptive were used. The results pointed out that in-service training program perceived to be very effective by the employees at the Higher Council of Youth. Based on the research findings, the researcher emphasized on the importance of including the in-service training programs in the strategic plan of the Higher Council of Youth. en_US
