dc.description.abstract The aimed of the study to identify the effectiveness of educational training program on the level of social adjustment for Syrian students who were chosen from schools within Directorate of Educational of Zarqa. Specifically, this study sought to examine the following hypothesis: There is no statistically significant differences at (α = 05. 0) between the experimental and control groups on the social adjustment scale. Population of this study consisted of Syrian students in the first three classes in the primary stage, totaling 1450 students, the study carried out on a sample of )90( students who were assigned to experimental group of )45( subjects and control group of )45( subjects. The level of social adjustment among students was detected using social adjustment scale )Fahmi, 1995(. The training program has been applied to the experimental group, then )ANCOVA( used to analyze the results of the study. The findings of the study showed that there is a statistically significant difference between two groups, in favor of the experimental group at the level of social adaptation. en_US
