​​​​​The International Journal of Intellectual Property is an semi-annual refereed Journal. It publishes research papers, commentary notes related to the intellectual property. Research papers should be analytical and based on a clear methodology.​

Manuscript should not be exceeding 40 pages . Because the research paper will be refereed anonymously, the identifying marks of any kind are not permitted.

Referees are asked to give their reports and according to which the paper research would be subjected to editorial review and the editor makes his best effort to give a decision on it within 16 weeks of receipt.
