dc.description.abstract | According to the direct objection theory ,the opponent is not allowed to object by the court of appeal either by the court of cassation against any preliminary or preparatory judgment issued during the instance ,unless these judgments which completely put an end to the whole dispute ,with some exceptions. The Jordanian legislator has adopted this theory since 1988 and he several times has modified its limit and legal dimensions by adding new models of exceptions. The practical applications of this theory at courts have shown that the concept of the legal basis is not clear enough in Jordanian civil procedure law such as it is in the comparative law ,which means that some of the articles concerned with the procedural code ,as well as the judicial interpretation need to be modified. | en_US |
