dc.description.abstract The content of this article related to the field, which is entitled (The History of Legal Coding). The opinions are concluded that Ur-nammu Code promulgated in the Eleventh Century before the date is the First Code known in the history. But new events lead to a new result after the royal discover of the Queen archive of the Kingdom of Abeela belonged to the Twentieth Century before the date. I think I studied in this article the oldest Code known in the history found in the Abeelian document contained a Treaty in the 24 before the date and this affords indeed a new scientific study in the field of the legal sciences in general and in respect of legal coding in particular. en_US
