The Legitimacy of Medical Experiments and Nano Applications on Repeat Offenders

Abstract

There is no doubt that the medical and scientific experiments have always aimed at serving humanity by contributing to the effective treatment of incurable diseases. was . However, the contemporary development using Nano medical applications on repeat offenders has in essence raised legal concerns regarding the physical and mental integrity of the human protection from attacks and potential misuse of these experiences. These concerns originated from the early attempts to establish rules for these medical experiments on humans through the principles and rules set by the Nuremberg Tribunal in 1949, following the experiments carried out by the German doctors during the Second World War, and the consequences of the trial of Nazi doctors for those crimes committed in the name of scientific experiments. The inhuman practices led to the importance of codifying a system of the principles covered by international covenants through means of emphasizing the right of each individual to consent or to reject all forms of medical interventions that could threaten their physical or mental health and existence.
