dc.description.abstract This paper deals with the subject of criminal protection of cybercrime offenses in Islamic jurisprudence and law. This is one of the most important issues in the social life of individuals. Today we are living in a huge technological revolution that has reached our homes through e-mail. The research was exposed to the concept of e-mail and its relationship to privacy, and the most important images of the attack on e-mail, and how the legislator tried to protect privacy in e-mail. The knowledge of the legislative treatment of cyber-attacks does not hide its importance to anyone, especially we now have electronic or smart governments. Countries, international organizations and large companies have appealed to the attacks and to protect people's money and privacy, especially after the high cost of the losses resulting from these attacks. States have issued new laws to combat modern electronic crimes, including the United Arab Emirates. The study reflected positively on the findings and recommendations en_US
