Abstract:
This research investigates the training received by Art Education students at King Saud University. The research aims to discover the impact of training courses on raising the knowledge and technical skill levels for the students. It also focuses onthe difficulties that may limit the role of training. It also aims to explore the training courses needed by those students. The research uses analytical descriptive methodologythrough a random sample of 89 students. The results confirm that the training has a positive impact on the knowledge, the skill and artistic levels of students. The results also confirm that there are multiple difficulties that limit the role of training on the students. According to the results, the most important training courses needed by the students are: drawing, digital and computing arts. The results also show there were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the gender variable.
