dc.description.abstract The Increasing understanding of the importance and necessity of respecting and achieving balanced development that takes into account the needs of the present and preserves the necessities of the future, leads to Make sustainable development a humanitarian priority, where No national or international policy can be drawn up without making it (sustainable development) a foundation of it, During the previous studies, the researchers and scholars were interesting to linking the sustainable development with the respect of human rights at all levels, therefore, they consider it as a policy or strategy to protect the enjoyment of those rights, but In fact, the sustainable development is not - or at least is no longer - merely a resource management policy and rationalize it, but has become an important element in a generation - or a new generation of human rights, The time has come to make the sustainable development a right and not just an assist policy or a Complementary administrative objectives, the policies whether national or international never can succeed for long term without considering the sustainable development as Humanitarian right no less value than the other rights provided for in international conventions and national constitutions, the Human Right of sustainable development has become an important element to crystallize real respect of the principle of common human heritage, where the sustainable development can be a ground for this principle and one of its aspects at the national and international levels, no generation of mankind has right to seize the available benefits without preserving the right of future generations to those possibilities. But generations must develop these benefits in a way that allows the best uses and better benefit from this potential for future generations, Where many international covenants work to take into account the rights of future generations for the potential for human life, International law become a platform which to protect the human right to sustainable development .The human right to sustainable development imposed on states to work together or separately, to enter in serious work based on good Faith to implement the obligations and real cooperation, and exchange the experiences and involvement of all society elements in the general Context of this right which seeking in its aims to ensure the continuous of Human right of existence on the earth, and provide all the necessities of this right. en_US
