dc.description.abstract The study aims to look into the phenomenon of illegal immigration, which has become a premonition of the international community by its economic, security and social impact. Algeria vis-à-vis strategic and political Geo data is susceptible directly or indirectly to this phenomenon, which makes research in the fight against this phenomenon a priority. Algeria has been one of the main and pioneer countries in the fight against this phenomenon by the conclusion of international conventions with Mediterranean and neighboring countries in this respect cooperation. At the national level the promulgation of several laws and taking certain economic and social measures to reduce this phenomenon. en_US
