In this study, the researchers will examine the current state of Enterprise Architecture, EA in the healthcare system to
determine which tools and methodologies are most appropriate, and why, as well as how these tools and methodologies can be used to
improve the healthcare system. The authors' article, which includes a list of authors and publication channels (a systematic literature
review protocol that incorporates seven research questions and four phases), identifies key challenges, impacts, and success factors
that need to be addressed within the scope of this study. One of the databases used in this investigation was IEEE, which also included
Science Direct, Scopus, and Hubmed. When evaluating studies, researchers used Cohen's Kappa to determine the level of disagreement.
After the first phase of data selection, the SLR protocol returned 288 initial studies, of which 46 were included in the final analysis
after the second phase. It has been determined that Archimate is the most commonly used EA model in the health care system, and
thus TOGAF is the preferred framework. It was possible to learn from this study that the main challenges and problems encountered
during the implementation of EA in the healthcare system are the complexity of an organisation and the integrity of data from various
sources. |
